1. Acceptance of terms
By using Private Crypto Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of the app
Private Crypto Tracker is an iOS app for manually tracking cryptocurrency holdings and viewing portfolio and market information.
3. Manual portfolio tracking
You enter and maintain portfolio information manually. The app does not connect to your wallets or exchanges.
4. Subscription
Private Crypto Tracker is offered as a paid subscription. The applicable subscription price, duration and introductory offer are displayed before purchase.
5. Introductory offer
Eligible new subscribers may receive a paid introductory offer of £0.99 for the first month, subject to Apple's eligibility rules and the terms displayed at purchase.
6. Auto-renewal
After the introductory period, the subscription renews automatically at £29.99 per year unless cancelled before renewal. The applicable renewal price and subscription terms are displayed before purchase.
7. Apple billing and subscription management
Apple handles billing. Users manage or cancel the subscription through their Apple Account subscription settings.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel through your Apple Account or subscription settings. To the extent permitted by applicable law, cancellation takes effect according to Apple's applicable subscription terms. Refunds are subject to Apple's applicable policies.
9. No trading
The app does not execute cryptocurrency trades or orders.
10. No custody
The app does not custody, hold, transfer or move cryptocurrency.
11. No wallet/exchange connections
The app does not connect to cryptocurrency wallets or exchanges and does not require exchange API keys.
12. No financial, investment, tax or legal advice
Market and portfolio information is for informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
13. Market data
Crypto market data is provided through our infrastructure using publicly available Kraken market data.
14. Kraken data limitations
Market information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Market sections such as gainers and losers are derived from supported Kraken market data. Features that Kraken does not provide, such as global market-cap rankings, are not represented as available.
15. ECB FX reference-rate limitations
GBP/USD/EUR conversion uses daily informational reference rates from the European Central Bank. Cross-rates may be derived from EUR reference rates.
FX reference rates provided by the European Central Bank. Cross-rates are derived from ECB reference rates.
16. Daily FX rates
ECB rates are daily reference rates, not real-time trading or execution rates.
17. Accuracy and availability
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability or uninterrupted operation.
18. User-entered information
You are responsible for the information you enter and for reviewing it before relying on any display.
19. Data loss
You should maintain appropriate device backups and review the information you enter. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss of locally stored information.
20. Intellectual property
The app, its content and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied except as permitted by law.
21. Acceptable use
You must not misuse, reverse engineer unlawfully, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services.
22. Service changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will not use this clause to exclude mandatory consumer rights.
23. Termination
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary, including for misuse or service discontinuation.
24. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without guarantees of results. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
